Spring Vale is a small family-run Guest House
catering for up to 6 people in 3 en-suite double bedrooms in
an informal , friendly setting. The house is situated in half
an acre of south facing terraced gardens overlooking the sea.
The locality is known as the Undercliff, a broad ledge about
250 ft above the sea which runs for about six miles along
the southern coast. Behind are tall cliffs rising a further
150 ft which gives natural shelter and a mild climate.
This part of the Island is similar to the Dorset coast to
the West. We are on the outskirts of the village of Niton
(pronounced Nyeton) adjacent to a large area of National Trust
land around the lighthouse at St Catherines Point. This area
is renowned for some unique wild life and unspoilt natural
beauty.
